Ward Garden

We have a ward garden.

  

We went with about 5 other family over Memorial day and planted our garden,every Monday we go and weed it. Last night we got to weed and pick veggies.

This is what we picked. We thinned the carrots and I can say that fresh carrots dirt and all are sooooo good.

Our Summer Projects

We have had a few projects going this summer.

We have moved the sprinkler pipes and hope to lay concrete done in the spring.

The girls wanted to help with the fire pit, so Haley is digging up rocks to put in the hole

We also put in a second garden now to get the dirt in it. Now for spring to come and we can lay all the concrete for the drive way and patio.

24th of July

Our ward has a little parade every year for the 24th.

Wyatt had so much fun he wanted to go again. The ward then had a pancake breakfast at the church.

Cory and I decided to then take the girls on a drive through the mountains.

We had fun watching a storm come in over the mountains.

Midway got hit with ran and hail, it was fun to be out in.

We then added a little more fun into the day by going to an Owlz game

Dump Fire

The fire fighters sleeping on the ground just up the street from our home.

At the end of June we had to evacuate our home do to a fire, that the State then named the Dump Fire. We were out for 2 days and lucked out that we didn't even have any smoke damage to the house. Cory, Haley, Brinley and Harley stayed with Cory's parents in Provo and Natasha and I went and stayed with my parents also in Provo. Here are just a few of the pictures that were taken of the fire.

Summer of Ball games

We have had a very busy summer at our house. The girls all played ball this summer, Natasha played Softball for the first time and did really well she played Short Stop

The Diamonds Backs at the State Championship Games in Spanish Fork.

 It was a tuff season for this mom, Tasha broke her nose

 Then slid into home and had the pitcher land on her. She ended up in Physical Therapy for a few weeks to work with a slitly separated AC in the shoulder. This is her batting one handed because she didn't want to take a out by not batting. They went to State after this game.

She also loved that Cory was her coach this year.They don't keep score in Machine Pitch so it is more of a learning thing for the kids.

Brinley played Tee-Ball this summer and loved it also. Mom and Dad on the other had not as much. Lehi Tee-ball is different from most from what I have heard. All the kids bat, they all run the base's and no one gets out. 

The girls all had a great time playing and Mom,Dad and even Grandma and Grandpa Bargeron had a good time watching them.
